Build in a duplicate theme
All work happens in a copy of your theme. Your live store stays untouched and keeps selling while we work.

Preview and changes
You get a preview link to check every page on your phone and computer. We make your changes until it is right.

Publish and handover
Once you approve, we publish the theme with you, check orders and forms, and explain how to edit the new sections yourself.
When Theme Customisation Is the Right Choice
You do not always need a brand-new store. If your products, collections and checkout already work, customising the theme you have is faster and cheaper than a full rebuild. It is the right choice when your store looks like every other store on the same theme, when your designer has created pages the theme cannot show, or when you rely on several apps to do small jobs the theme could do itself.
Shopify themes like Dawn and Horizon, and premium themes such as Impulse, Prestige and Motion, are a good base. Our job is to shape that base around your brand and your customers, while keeping the theme stable and easy for your team to manage.
Customisation Without the App Bloat
Many stores add an app for every small feature: a sticky cart button, a size chart, a countdown banner, product tabs. Each app adds scripts, monthly fees and another thing that can break. A lot of these features can be built directly into the theme with a few lines of Liquid and CSS. They load faster, look like part of your brand and cost nothing each month. When an app really is the better option, we will tell you.

Every change is tested with Google PageSpeed Insights before and after, on mobile and desktop. We keep headings, image alt text and page structure in good shape so your Google rankings are protected, and we never remove content or URLs without telling you first. Will my changes be lost when I update my theme?
Custom sections we build live in their own files, so they usually carry over when you update. If a change has to touch a core theme file, we note it in the handover so it can be re-applied quickly after an update.
Can I still edit the content myself?
Yes. Every section we build has its own settings in the Shopify theme editor, so you can change text, images, colours and links, or move sections around, without touching code.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. We send a collaborator request from our Shopify Partner account. You approve it, choose what we can access, and can remove it at any time. You never need to share your password.
Will customisation slow down my store?
It should not. We write the changes in Liquid and CSS inside your theme instead of adding extra apps, load images lazily and test the page speed before and after. If a change would hurt speed, we tell you before building it.
Can you build from my Figma design?
Yes. Send us the Figma, Adobe XD or Canva file and we build it into your theme, then compare the preview with the design on desktop, tablet and mobile before handover.
How long does theme customisation take?
Small changes are often done in a day or two. A new homepage or product page layout usually takes one to two weeks, depending on the design and the number of sections. You get a timeline with the quote.
